Services like LegalZoom or ZenBusiness are cheap at first, but they become costly when revisions are required to fix avoidable errors caused by automated solutions. You get what you pay for.
On the other end of the spectrum, law firms and consultants are prohibitively expensive and charge thousands of dollars for relatively simple tasks. They're best suited for businesses that have matured or reached milestone moments like a capital raise or acquisition.
